Calendars, billing, and more
In the evolving landscape of direct care, seamless integration with other tools can drastically enhance your efficiency and streamline operations. On this page, we’re going to explore how Quickr integrates seamlessly with various essential platforms, including calendar management, billing, and video calling functionalities. Here's how you can leverage these integrations to enhance your practice:
Telehealth Features
Our platform offers seamless integration in the following categories:
- Calendar Management
- Billing
- Video Calling
Now, let's dive deeper into each category to help you set up and use these integrations effectively.
Calendar Management
Google Calendar Two-Way Sync
Integrating with Google Calendar not only allows you to view your schedules in one place but also enables a two-way sync to keep all your appointments up-to-date. Here's how you can set it up:
Step 1: Accessing the Calendar Integration Feature
Navigate to the Calendar Integration section in Settings.
Step 2: Adding a Google Calendar
To sync a Google Calendar:
- Click on “+ Add Calendar”.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to successfully link your Google Calendar.
Step 3: Viewing Your Events
Once synchronized, the events from your Google Calendar will automatically appear in the Quickr calendar, enabling quick access and management of your appointments and blocked time when patients schedule appointments.
Billing Integration
Integration with Hint
Our integration with Hint helps you manage your patient billing more effectively. Here's how you can integrate and utilize this feature:
Step 1: Setting Up Hint Integration
Navigate to the Hint Integration section in Settings.
Step 2: Connecting Your Hint Account
To sync with Hint:
- Click on “+ Add Hint”.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to successfully link your Hint account.
Step 3: Accessing and Utilizing Patient Profiles
After successful integration with Hint, accessing specific patient billing accounts becomes a streamlined process in Quickr. Here's how you can utilize this feature to enhance your workflow:
Accessing Patient Details
You can directly access individual patient accounts within their profiles in Quickr. This integration displays additional information like membership status right under the patient's name, offering you immediate insight into each patient's current standing.
Navigating to Hint Profiles
For a more detailed view, or to take an action on a patient’s Hint account, clicking on the membership status will open up the side card on the far right, taking you directly to that patient’s detailed profile on Hint. This feature is designed to minimize the time spent toggling between different platforms, creating a smoother, more efficient workflow.
Benefits of Integrated Profiles
- Centralized Information: Keep track of all necessary patient information in one place, reducing clutter and saving time.
- Quick Access: Jump straight to detailed patient profiles on Hint with a simple click, avoiding the hassle of searching for profiles separately on Hint.
- Seamless Workflow: The integration fosters a seamless workflow, enabling you to focus more on patient care rather than navigating through multiple platforms.
By leveraging this integration, you can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of your patient management process, allowing for a more personalized and streamlined approach to direct care.
